| Recombinant mouse Stem Cell Factor is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 164aa and having a molecular weight of 18.3kD. The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined to be Met-Lys-Glu-Ile-Cys. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
