| Recombinant Human SDF-1 is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 68aa and having a molecular weight of ~8kD. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. For long term storage add 0.1% HSA or BSA. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
