Clone Host Grade Applications
Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified E B IP IH
Syk, a protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) is expressed in immature T cells, all B cells, basophils, hepatocytes, platelets and erythrocytes. It functions in some T cell receptor signaling processes in addition to B cell receptor and integrin-mediated signal transduction processes. Syk-/syk- mice exhibit defective phagocytosis by macrophages.
Catalog #S9100-10
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
