| The synaptonemal complex is a proteinaceous complex that apparently mediates synapses during the zygotene stage and then disintegrates. It is a complex structure that unites homologous chromosomes during the prophase stage of meiosis. It is the result of chromosome pairing interactions and not the cause of them. | | | Catalog # | S9106-92D | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunoflourescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilutions | Immunoflourescence: 1:100-1:750 | | Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:750 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Store at 2-8°C.
