In lymph nodes MSgp12 positive cells are found in the follicles and a major population of cells are labeled in the T dependent areas. 60% of lymph node T cells are labeled. The antigen recognized may be the guinea pig homologue of human CD4. Although this antibody fails to inhibit T helper function in vitro, MSgp12 positive cells are the responder population in a Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction.

Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul

Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
