| Thioredoxin is a small ubiquitous protein found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. It is involved in a wide range of intracellular redox reactions. Thioredoxin is highly conserved particularly at the enzymatic active site and this antibody is expected to cross react with thioredoxin from many species. | | | Catalog # | T5010-09F | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 | | Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded): 1:200 | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
