Monoclonal Rat Affinity Purified B IP IC FC
This monoclonal antibody recognizes the mouse protein TMTSP also known as THSD1, thrombospondin type-1 domain-containing protein, and transmembrane molecule with thrombospondin module. Mouse TMTSP has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 95kD. TMTSP is a single pass, Type I transmembrane receptor that contains 1 thrombospondin-like domain. TMTSP is expressed on primitive hematopoietic stem cells and endothelial cells, but to date the function of this protein is unknown.
