| Tim-3 is expressed on differentiated Th1 cells, but not on Th2 cells. It enhances macrophage activation, inhibits Th1-mediated auto- and alloimmune responses and promotes immunological tolerance. Galectin-9 is a ligand for Tim-3 and induces Th1 cell death. Signalling through the Tim-3 pathway may therefore negatively regulate Th1 responses. | | | Catalog # | T5469-92E | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: 1:5-1:10 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Recommended Negative Controls | Rat IgG2a NEGATIVE CONTROL (PE) | | Rat IgG2a NEGATIVE CONTROL (PE) | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C before opening.
