Specifications

Potent, reversible inhibitor of histone deacetylase. Mediates the activation of O6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT). May be involved in cell cycle progression of several cell types, induces cell growth arrest at both G1 and G2/M phases. In some cases induces apoptosis.

Recommended Dilutions
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with DMSO or ethanol. Product reconstituted in DMSO is stable for 6 months at -20°C. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Product reconstituted in ethanol is stable at 4ºC for 2-3 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
