Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Purified B IP IH IC FC IF
Catalog #T8662-51
Trk is a family of neurotrophin receptors associated with both the central and peripheral nervous systems. It was first identified as an oncogene in human colon carcinoma, however, there are now three known members of the trk family trkA, trkB, and trkC. Neurotrophins mediate signaling in neurons by activating trk. NGF, BDNF and NT4/5, and NT-3 are the preferred ligands for trkA, trkB, and trkC, respectively.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 1-2ug/ml
