Mouse brain membrane microsomal protein preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with T8663-23 (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a donkey anti-goat (HRP) secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. |
