Tryptase epsilon (Tryptase ), also known as brain-specific serine protease 4 (BSSP-4)
and brain serine protease 2 (BSP-2), is a serine protease that is encoded by the PRSS22 gene. Initially identified as a brain-specific enzyme, Tryptase is also expressed in epithelium-rich tissues such as lung and eye.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended DilutionELISA: This biotinylated antibody can be used as a detection reagent in a mouse Tryptase sandwich immunoassay in combination with mouse Tryptase .
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
