Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified B IH IF
Catalog #T9155-12X
Microtubules, the major cytoskeletal elements found in all eukaryotic cells, consist of Tubulin, which is a dimer of two 55kD subunits alpha and beta. Microtubules play key roles in chromosome segregation in mitosis, intracellular transport, ciliary and flagellar bending, and structural support of the cytoskeleton.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended DilutionWestern Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml for 2 hours RT.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1-2ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT. Note: No special pretreatment is required for staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Positive ControlLs174T and MAD109 cells, Skin or lung.
