| USP4 is a 105kD protein also known as ubiquitous nuclear protein (UNP). USP4 binds to the retinoblastoma family of tumor suppressor proteins, including pRb, p107 and p130. USP4 shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm and is thought to be an oncogene, with elevated expression in small cells tumors and adenocarcinomas of the lung. | | | Catalog # | U4099-86G | | Applications | Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (paraffin). Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5-10ug/ml | | Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment for 20 minutes prior to staining of paraffin sections. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C.
