Other applications have not been tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:400 High temperature antigen retrieval in 10mM citrate buffer (pH6.0) is strongly recommended. Blocking with 2% normal serum plus 1% BSA in PBS is suggested. Primary antibody should be diluted in PBS with 0.1% BSA only.
