ELISA: 1:25,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 50mM Tris, pH 7.4, 2% BSA. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from cell culture supernatant.

Recognizes 1,25-Dihydroxy-Vitamin D3. Crossreactivity:|1,25(OH)2 D3(Calcitriol): 100%; 1,25(OH)2 D2(Ergocalcitriol): 100%, 24,25(OH)2 D3(24,25-dihydroxycholecaciferol): 20.5%, 25-(OH) D3(Calcidiol): 4.4%, 25-(OH) D2(Ergocalcidiol): 2.3%, D3(Cholecalciferol): 0.3%, D2 (Ergocalciferol) 1.0%.
