Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul

Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, dH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
