Clone Host Grade Applications Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified FC

WC8, a cell surface antigen, is a 160kD protein which is expressed by activated bovine T cells. WC8 is not present on resting lymphocytes, but can be induced on T cells following activation by alloantigens or lectins (1).

Applications	Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma	Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
