Wnt-4 is a secreted glycoprotein that binds to receptors of the Frizzled family. Wnt-4 is important for multiple embryonic development processes including kidney morphogenesis.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1ng/well.
Western Blot: 5ug/ml. The detection limit is ~1ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
