| Yes is a member of the Src family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and amplifies signals generated by various receptors. Expression of Yes is elevated in melanocytes and in melanoma cells. Yes activity is stimulated by neurotrophins, which are mitogenic and metastatic factors for melanoma cells. Yes is essential for MAP Kinase activation by angiotensin II. | | | Catalog # | Y2054 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot. Not recommended for Immunoprecipitation.
