"Bean and Corn Salsa"

Serves:   Many

Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained
  • 1 c. Niblets frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped tomatos
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 T. olive oil 2 T. lime juice
  • 1 t. cumin 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 2 serrano chile peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; regrigerate to blend flavors.
