Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Major Grey's chutney
• 1/2 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

In a blender blend together chutney, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt to taste until smooth. With motor running, add oil in a stream and blend dressing until emulsified.
