"Country Cornbread"

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1/2-cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4-teaspoon salt
  • 1/2-cup milk
  • 1/2-cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup creamed corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan.
