Suitable for use in ELISA or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
End user should determine optimal dilution for their particular applications and experiments. These peptides quantities were established in 96-well plates where the peptide was bound to plates for 2 hrs in 0.1 M sodium carbonate buffer, pH 8.5.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide.
