Description:
Human 4-1BB Ligand (4-1BBL) is a member of the emerging family of Ligands with structural homology to tumor necrosis factor. Human 4-1BBL is a 19.5kD protein containing 185 amino acid residues, comprising the TNF-like extra-cellular domain of 4-1BBL.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
