Description:
Applications:
ELISA: To detect h4–1BB (Receptor) by direct ELISA (using 100ul/well antibody solution) a concentration of at least 0.5ug/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen af nity puri ed antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of of 0.2–0.4 ng/well of recombinant h4–1BB (Receptor).

Western Blot:To detect h4–1BB (Receptor) by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1–0.2ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant h4–1BB (Receptor) is 1.5–3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Reconstitution: The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at-20°C. When reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of >0.2mg/ml the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2–4°C.
