Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Flow Cytometry: Neat
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Recommended Negative Controls:
I1904-78R3: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control (FITC)
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.

Ectodomain of recombinant human 4-1BB fusion protein.
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% sodium azide, 1% BSA. Conjugated to FITC.
Recognizes the human CDw137 cell surface antigen, also known as 4-1BB. CDw137 is not expressed by resting peripheral blood T cells, but is expressed following activation by PHA or anti-CD3.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
