14-3-3 beta (Tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptopan 5-monooxygenase Activation Protein beta Polypeptide, YWHAB) |
|
|
Description: At least 7 mammalian isoforms comprise the 14-3-3 family of signaling intermediates. 14-3-3 moleculaes are highly conserved, expressed in a broad range of tissues and cell types and were first discovered as a series of highly abundant proteins in brain tissue. There is increasing evidence that 14-3-3 proteins are critical to cell transformation and mitotic signaling. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
