14-3-3 beta (YWHAB, 14-3-3 Protein beta/alpha, Protein 1054, Protein Kinase C Inhibitor Protein 1, KCIP-1)
Description:
At least seven mammalian isoforms comprise the 14.3.3 family of signaling intermediates. 14.3.3 moleculaes are highly conserved expressed in a broad range of tissues and cell types and was first discovered as a series of highly abundant proteins in brain tissue. There is increasing evidence that 14.3.3 proteins are critical to cell transformation and mitotic signaling.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 for 10min at RT
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10min followed by cooling at room temperature for 20min
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
