Description:
The Blue Fluorescent Protein (BFP) can be used as protein marker to study subcellular localization or translocation of proteins.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Immunoprecipitation: 10-20ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
