|
|
Description: CNTF (Ciliary Neurotrophic Factor) is a potent neural factor that was originally characterized as a survivability factor for chick ciliary neurons in vitro. CNTF has also been shown to promote survivability and differentiation of other neuronal cell types. CNTF is a 22.9kD protein containing 200aa. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
