IL12B (Interleukin-12 Subunit beta, IL-12B, Cytotoxic Lymphocyte Maturation Factor 40kD Subunit, CLMF p40, IL-12 Subunit p40, NK Cell Stimulatory Factor Chain 2, NKSF2)
Description:
Interleukin-12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein (p70), composed of two subunits, p35 and p40, which are encoded by two different genes. Recombinant Human IL-12 p40 produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 306aa fragment (23-328aa).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
