Description: Interleukin-12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein (p70), composed of two subunits, p35 and p40, which are encoded by two different genes. Recombinant Human IL-12 p40 produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 306aa fragment (23-328aa). Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
