Description: RANK (receptor activator of NF-kB) is a member of the TNFR family, identified as a dendritic cell membrane protein. Murine sRANK Ligand is a soluble 19.4kD protein, comprising the TNF-like extracellular domain of RANKL (174aa). The full length of RANK Ligand is 39.6kD containing 36aa. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
