CNOT4 (CNOT4, NOT4, CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 4, CCR4-associated factor 4, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase CNOT4, Potential transcriptional repressor NOT4Hp)
Description:
The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the CCR4-NOT complex, a global transcriptional regulator. The encoded protein interacts with CNOT1 and has E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000
Western Blot: 1:100~500

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
