Description: A2ML1 is a new member of the alpha 2-macroglobulin protease inhibitor family, and shares most the characteristics of this family. It is the first family member detected in the epidermis and may play an important role during desquamation by inhibiting extracellular proteases. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
