CNPY2, CT (CNPY2, MSAP, TMEM4, ZSIG9, Protein canopy homolog 2, MIR-interacting saposin-like protein, Putative secreted protein Zsig9, Transmembrane protein 4)
Description:
CNPY2 is positive regulator of neurite outgrowth by stabilizing myosin regulatory light chain (MRLC). It prevents MIR-mediated MRLC ubiquitination and its subsequent proteasomal degradation.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
