LRCH1, ID (LRCH1, CHDC1, KIAA1016, Leucine-rich repeat and calponin homology domain-containing protein 1, Calponin homology domain-containing protein 1, Neuronal protein 81)
Description:
This gene encodes a protein with a leucine-rich repeat and a calponin homology domain. Polymorphism in this gene may be associated with susceptibililty to knee osteoarthritis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
