PHLDA1, NT (PHLDA1, PHRIP, TDAG51, Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 1, Apoptosis-associated nuclear protein, Proline- and glutamine-rich protein, Proline- and histidine-rich protein, T-cell death-associated gene 51 protein) (Azide free) (HR
Description:
This gene encodes an evolutionarily conserved proline-histidine rich nuclear protein. The encoded protein may play an important role in the anti-apoptotic effects of insulin-like growth factor-1.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
