PPIC, ID (PPIC, CYPC, Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase C, Cyclophilin C, Rotamase C)
Description:
PPIC is a member of the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase)) family. PPIases catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides and accelerate the folding of proteins. Similar to other PPIases, this protein can bind immunosuppressant cyclosporin A.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
