Description:
SGTB is co-chaperone that binds directly to HSC70 and HSP70 and regulates their ATPase activity.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, ELISA

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1,000
Western Blot: 1:100-500
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
