STX7, NT (STX7, Syntaxin-7) |
|
|
Description: Syntaxin 7 is involved in the ordered fusion of endosomes and lysosomes with the phagosome, where phagocytic cells kill and degrade internalized foreign particles. Syntaxin 7 is found in late endosomes and lysosomes; whereas Syntaxin 12 is localized to the recycling endosome compartment, both are recruited to the phagosome. However, STX12 is acquired earlier before rapidly recycling off the phagosome, whereas STX7 is recruited later and continues to accumulate throughout the phagosome maturation process. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, ELISA Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
