Technical Data
CTRP1, globular domain, Recombinant, Human (Complement C1q Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Protein 1, C1QTNF1, G-Protein-coupled Receptor-interacting Protein, GIP)
Molecular Biology Storage: 4C/-20CShipping: Blue Ice
CTRP1 (Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 1; C1QTNF1) belongs to a highly conserved family of adiponectin paralogs. Serum levels of CTRP1 are significantly higher in obese/diabetic animal models and in hypertensive patients compared to normal controls. CTRP1 may be a new molecular link between obesity and hypertension.

The globular domain of human CTRP1 (aa 132-281) is fused at the C-terminus to a FLAG-tag.
