Technical Data
CTRP2, globular domain, Recombinant, Human (Complement C1q Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Protein 2, C1QTNF2)
Molecular Biology Storage: 4C/-20CShipping: Blue Ice
CTRP2 (C1qTNF-related protein 2) belongs to a highly conserved family of adiponectin paralogs. CTRP2 mediates activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in muscle and liver cells, thereby regulating glucose and lipid metabolism.

The globular domain of human CTRP2 (aa 144-285) is fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG-tag.
