Technical Data
CTRP6, globular domain, Recombinant, Human (His) (Complement C1q Tumor Necrosis Factor-related Protein 6, C1QTNF6)
Molecular Biology Storage: 4C/-20CShipping: Blue Ice
CTRP6 (C1qTNF-related protein 6) belongs to a highly conserved family of adiponectin paralogs. CTRP6 mediates activation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in skeletal muscle cells, thereby regulating glucose and lipid metabolism. Mediates the phosphorylation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC).

The globular domain of human CTRP6 (aa 126-259) is fused at the N-terminus to a His-tag.
