NLRP12/NALP12 (NLRP12, NACHT-, LRR- and PYD-containing Protein 12, PYRIN-containing APAF1-like Protein 7, Monarch-1, Regulated by Nitric Oxide, RNO)
Description:
NALP12/NLRP12 mediates activation of caspase-1 via Asc and promotes activation of NF-kappa-B via IKK. It is involved in the building of an inflammasome complex. Defects in NALP12/NLRP12 are the cause of familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome type 2 (FCAS2).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
