Technical Data
SAG (N-Methyl-N'-(3-pyridinylbenzyl)-N'-(3-chlorobenzothiophene-2-carbonyl)-1,4-diaminocyclohexane)
Biochemicals Storage: 4C/-20CShipping: Blue Ice
Cell permeable smoothened (Smo) agonist. Shown to induce Sonic hedgehog (Shh) pathway activation and counteracts cyclopamine inhibition of Smo. Acts as an activator of Smo at low concentrations and as an inhibitor of Smo at very high concentrations.
