Description:
DPP3 is a protein that is a member of the M49 family of metallopeptidases. This cytoplasmic protein binds a single zinc ion with its zinc-binding motif (HELLGH) and has post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity, cleaving Xaa-Pro dipeptides from the N-termini of proteins. Increased activity of DPP3 is associated with endometrial and ovarian cancers (1).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 1:100-500
Western Blot: 1:10,000-50,000
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-250
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
