ARIH2 (ARI2, FLJ10938, FLJ33921, TRIAD1, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ARIH2, Triad1 protein)
Description:
ARIH2 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that binds the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme UbcH7 as well as ubiquitinated proteins, and it supports the formation of ubiquitin chains that are recognized by the proteasome (1). It may play a role in myelopoiesis. ARIH2 is widely expressed with higher expression in granulocytes (2).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000-10,000
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-250
Immunoprecipitation: 1:10-100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Manufactured incorporating RabMAb® technology under Epitomics US patents, No 5,675,063 and 7,429,487, owned by Abcam.
