PHLDA1 (DT1P1B11, MGC131738, PHRIP, TDAG51, Pleckstrin homology-like domain family A member 1, Proline- and histidine-rich protein, T-cell death-associated gene 51 protein)
PHLDA1 is an evolutionarily conserved proline-histidine rich nuclear protein. It may play an important role in the anti-apoptotic effects of insulin-like growth factor-1 (1). PHLDA1 seems to be involved in the regulation of apoptosis during neuronal development and detachment-mediated apoptosis. It may be involved in translational regulation. PHLDA1 is widely expressed with highest levels in pancreas (2).

Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:10,000-50,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-250
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
