5'-Nucleotidase (CD73, CD73 Antigen, Ecto-5'nucleotidase, 5'-NT, eN, eNT, NT5, NT5E, NTE, Purine 5 Prime Nucleotidase)
Description:
CD73 is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. It is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in CD73 can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries.

Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:250
Immunocytochemistry: 1:50-1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Manufactured incorporating RabMAb® technology under Epitomics US patents, No 5,675,063 and 7,429,487, owned by Abcam.
